Understand billing access

This page is public. Anyone can learn how subscriptions work without signing in, and reading it never changes an organization’s plan. Public plan limits and pricing caveats are documented on Plans and limits.

Billing state belongs to the selected organization. Signed-in members can see its current plan. Only organization owners and administrators can start checkout, manage payment details, cancel a subscription, or restore renewal. Stripe remains authoritative for the amount charged, taxes, payment details, and effective dates.

Review the current organization

When safe account context is available, the panel below adds the selected organization’s current plan and permitted actions. Every consequential action requires confirmation. Members without billing permission retain a read-only view and should ask an owner or administrator to make changes.

Loading current billing state. The generic guidance on this page remains available.

Complete a billing change safely

Review the confirmation text before continuing. Checkout and billing-management actions redirect to Stripe, where the final amount and effect are shown before completion. Cancellation stops renewal according to the date Stripe presents; restoring renewal removes a scheduled cancellation.

If an action fails, keep the current settings and retry after confirming that the correct organization is selected. Do not infer a completed change from a redirect alone. Return to this page and verify the current plan or renewal state.
