Plans and limits

Doc Duck plans control how much organization content is visible in the product and how many people can join an organization. This page describes the plans currently available in the public plan catalog. It does not promise features or limits that the catalog does not define.

Compare current plans

The limits below come from the same entitlement records used by the application.

The paid plan’s catalog price is the amount currently displayed in the app, not a guarantee of the amount charged. Checkout determines the actual amount. For that reason, this generic guide does not hard-code a paid checkout price.

The paid plan is labeled Pro in the public catalog and account settings, and DocDuck for Startups in checkout. These labels refer to the same starter_paid plan key; confirm the checkout summary rather than relying on the label alone.

How limits work

Organization members

The member limit counts seats in an organization. Free allows up to 5 members; Pro allows up to 20. When an organization is at its limit, remove an existing member or pending invitation before inviting another person or change plans through an authorized billing flow.

Visible tracked documents

Free shows feedback for up to 10 tracked documents. Feedback visibility follows that tracked-document limit. Pro has no plan-level visible-document cap configured.

“No configured plan cap” is precise entitlement language, not a promise of infinite capacity. Operational constraints and later catalog changes can still apply.

Weekly visible feedback

Neither current plan configures a weekly feedback-visibility cap. This means the entitlement value is unset; it does not guarantee unlimited collection, retention, throughput, or storage.

Limits on visibility do not mean hidden records were deleted. They determine what the current plan exposes in limited product views.

Offering scope is descriptive

Both plans currently include one offering in catalog metadata. Offering-scope enforcement is marked not_enforced, so that value describes the intended package but does not currently gate server behavior. Do not use it as evidence that a request will be authorized or rejected.

The reliable enforced limits represented here are organization members and visible tracked documents. Weekly feedback visibility currently has no configured cap. Other product behavior should not be inferred from this small entitlement set.

Price and availability caveats

Both catalog entries are currently marked available. Availability can change, and checkout remains authoritative for the paid amount, currency settlement, taxes, and whether a purchase can be completed for a particular account.

Free is cataloged at zero US dollars per month. Pro is cataloged in US dollars on a monthly interval, but its own catalog caveat says checkout determines the amount charged. Review the checkout summary before confirming any paid action.

Plan changes and billing controls belong in authorized account flows. Reading this public page never changes an organization’s plan.
